Developed exclusively by Shiseido, the Qi method was created to stimulate mind and body energy. This unique method encourages relaxation at the deepest levels and restores the skin's natural beauty. It uses a combination of oshiboris, special Japanese hot towels that literally melt stresses and strains away, and shiatsu massage on the body's tsubo points, which are situated on the path of Qi - or energy - flow. The stimulation of these pressure points releases tension and balances the stream of energy, placing the mind and body in an enhanced state of utter relaxation and contentment.
