Orchids Restaurant: Overlooking beautiful private gardens, Orchids is the premier choice for fine dining in Cork. The Restaurant offers Contemporary Irish Cuisine and tasting menus created using the freshest ingredients and can be booked exclusively for groups. Located in the conservatory area of the hotel, Perrotts Garden Bistro provides groups with a casual dining alternative at the Hotel. Up to 110 delegates can be accommodated in luxuriously appointed conference rooms and these feature air conditioning, natural daylight, multi phone lines and high speed wireless internet access.

Hayfield Manor's Executive Boardroom features a purpose built boardroom table which can seat 20 people. Equipped with LCD Projector and screen, as well as dimmer lights, this is the ideal room for conducting important interviews and meetings. Doors lead out to a private patio, allowing natural daylight into the room and offering a suitable area for tea/coffee breaks. To ensure your conference runs smoothly and efficiently the conference staff will look after any special request and secretarial needs that you may have throughout the day.
