Calcot Manor Hotel & Spa offers 35 beautifully furnished bedrooms; two highly-acclaimed restaurants – The Conservatory Restaurant and The Gumstool Inn; a fabulous Spa with indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, gymnasium and 7 treatment rooms all situated in beautiful surrounding on the 220 acre estate. In addition, The Barn at Calcot offers dedicated conference, meeting and banqueting facilities suitable for up to 130 guests - (exclusive use options are available).

A charming English farmhouse, elegantly converted into a stylish country house hotel, Calcot Manor is set around a pretty courtyard of lime trees and ancient stone barns and stables (dating back to the 14th century) in its own 220 acre meadowland estate in the heart of Gloucestershire.

In keeping with an historic medieval manor, each of the 35 bedrooms / suites is different from the next - imaginatively decorated, supremely comfortable and with delightful little touches you would not ordinarily expect.  The rooms are located within the main hotel and cleverly converted barns and cottages with the majority being clustered around the flower-filled courtyard.

Long renowned for the excellence of its restaurants - ‘The Conservatory Restaurant’ offers fine dining in elegant yet informal surroundings. The room is calm, spacious and chic, yet entirely relaxed offering lovely views across the neighboring countryside.Executive Chef Director Michael Croft focuses on the freshest local produce, beautifully cooked, while his wood-fired oven means that dishes are simply bursting with Mediterranean colour and flavour. ‘The Gumstool Inn’ provides a cosy contrast and offers outstanding gastro-pub hearty fare alongside an excellent choice of ales and wines. There is a pretty sun terrace outside, while darker winter evenings are warmed with cosy log fires adding to the real English country pub atmosphere.

Calcot Spa offers a 16m indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation areas, fitness studio, gymnasium, 7 beauty treatment rooms and an invigorating outdoor hot tub located by a blazing log fire. If you feel a little more energetic during your stay, bikes are available to take out to explore the countryside estate more closely. Whether your visit is business or pleasure, a secluded heated outdoor swimming pool is available to all residents during the summer months, plus two all weather tennis courts and a croquet lawn for the full country experience.

Following an 18 month restoration project, The Barn at Calcot is now an impressive two-storey tithe barn, providing dedicated meeting, wedding and private dining facilities spread over two floors. It’s state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, unobtrusive hospitality and excellent support services, makes Calcot Manor an ideal retreat for business or pleasure.

If you’re thinking of holding a larger event at Calcot Manor or the surrounding area, the hotel has been providing an outside catering service – ‘William’s Kitchen at Calcot’ for 25 years; offering fabulous food and the same high level of service that can be found at Calcot, but in your home, marquee or venue of your choice. If you’re looking for a larger event Calcot own and operate a marquee located at the Beaufort Polo Ground close to the hotel, which will comfortably seat up to 300 guests for a dinner dance; catering is provided by William’s Kitchen at Calcot so please ask the team at Perception for more details on this and other opportunities at Calcot Manor.
